(ZPZ) Zamówienie przyjęcia wewnętrznego (eng.) – External Acceptance Order:
- This is a document used in the warehouse or production plant management process, aiming to formally order the acceptance of goods from an external supplier or contractor.
- ZPZ is a key element in the logistics process, enabling control and registration of accepted goods and forms the basis for later actions related to warehousing, quality control, and potential financial settlement.
- ZPZ contains a number of important information necessary for the proper conduct of the goods acceptance process. Among this information are: Identification data, Description of goods, Delivery conditions, Prices and costs, Remarks, and reservations.
- ZPZ is usually generated by the order or logistics department in the company, and then passed on to the supplier as official order confirmation.
- After delivering the goods to the warehouse, ZPZ is the basis for the formal acceptance of goods into the warehouse system.
- Based on the data contained in ZPZ, warehouse employees register goods, control quality, and carry out other necessary procedures, such as inventory record or financial settlements.
- Thanks to properly completed ZPZ, the company has full control over the goods acceptance process, enabling smooth and efficient logistics, avoiding problems related to shortages or warehouse errors, and ensuring the appropriate quality of the received products.
(ZWZ) Zamówienie Wydania Zewnętrznego (eng.) – External Release Order:
- This is a document used in the warehouse or production plant management process, aiming to formally order the issuance of goods to an external recipient or contractor.
- ZWZ is a key element in the logistics process, enabling control and registration of issued goods and forms the basis for later actions related to warehousing, tracking goods movement, and financial settlement.
- Just like in the case of ZPZ, ZWZ contains a number of important information necessary for the proper conduct of the goods issuance process. Among this information are the same data as in ZPZ, such as: Identification data … etc.
- However, ZWZ may contain fields for remarks, reservations, or special requirements related to the issuance of goods.

(PZ) Przyjęcie Zewnętrzne (eng.) – External Acceptance, is a document used in the warehouse or production plant management process, which is used to formally confirm the acceptance of goods from an external supplier or contractor.
- PZ contains important information, such as supplier identification, delivery date, description of the accepted goods, their quantity, batch and/or serial numbers, and other identification data necessary for the proper acceptance of goods into the warehouse.
(WZ) Wydanie Zewnętrzne (eng.) – External Release, is a document used in the warehouse or production plant management process, which is used to formally order the issuance of goods to an external recipient or contractor.
- WZ contains a detailed description of the goods issued, their quantity, batch and/or serial numbers, and other data concerning release conditions, such as the release date, pick-up place, transport documents numbers, etc.
(MM) Magazyn Materiałowy (eng.) – Material Warehouse, is a term used to designate a warehouse where materials or raw materials needed for production are stored.
- MM is an important element in the logistics and inventory management process, enabling effective gathering, storing, and issuing of materials in line with production needs.
(PW) Przesunięcie wewnętrzne (eng.) – Internal Transfer, is a document used inside the enterprise or production plant to formally order the relocation of goods, materials, or raw materials between different places within the internal warehouse.
- PW allows for precise control of material movement, avoiding errors, and ensuring the proper availability of raw materials or products in various company departments.
(RW) Raport wewnętrzny (eng.) – Internal Report, is a document generated inside the enterprise or production plant, which contains detailed information about various aspects of the company’s operations, such as production performance, inventory levels, production costs, product quality, etc.
- RW is an important analytical tool that allows monitoring the results and efficiency of the company’s operation and taking appropriate actions and decisions to optimize processes and achieve set goals.
